Returns & Exchanges

At Fortry, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

However, we've got you covered if:

• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• There's a print or production error

If any of these apply, contact us at support@fortry.shop within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free reprint or refund.

Sizing: Please check our size chart carefully before ordering, as we're unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.
